The Karamea Speical is a heavy duty whitebait net frame. These frames were designed for dragging in the rivers around Karamea. They are reinforced where they are bent at the handle.
The sleeve for the handle is bent forward before reinforcing flat is welded in. It is easier to pull through the water from in front of the net. It comes with a 32mm 2 piece handle set (each 1.65m long)
