What is Oxipay?

Oxipaylets you spread the cost of your purchases over 4 fortnightly payments, makingbuying what you want that much easier.

Who can use Oxipay?

Youcan access Oxipay if you:

• Live in New Zealand
• Are at least 18 years old
• Have a valid and verifiable email address and a New Zealand mobile number
• Have a New Zealand Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card
• Have a New Zealand residential and shipping address
• Have a New Zealand drivers licence

How do I use Oxipay?

Oxipaycan be used at any Oxipay retailer. Simply select Oxipay as your payment methodduring the checkout process.

What does it cost to use Oxipay?

Nothing,as long as each of your payments reaches us by the due date

What are the fees for late payment?

Ifyour payments don’t reach us by the due date, we will charge you a late paymentfee of $10. A $30 collection fee may also be applied if any payment is stilloutstanding more than 7 days after your due date.

When are my payments processed?

Ifyour purchase is over $1000 your first payment will be $250 PLUS theamount greater than $1000 and is made when you make your purchase. Eachsubsequent instalment is charged every fortnight after the purchasedate, those three subsequent payments will be $250 each.

Ifyour purchase is $1000 and under, your first payment is 25% of thepurchase price and is made when you make your purchase. Each subsequentinstalment is charged every fortnight after the purchasedate. Those three subsequent payments will be 25% ofthe purchase price each.

What happens if I cannot make a payment?

Ourfriendly Oxipay support team are available to help if you have any questionsabout your payments. You can reach us via our Help & Support pageor call 0800 189 236.

Can I make additional payments or pay off my purchase earlier?

Absolutely.Oxipay charges no fees to complete your purchase payments early. If you wouldlike to do this, please contact our friendly Oxipay support team via our Help & Support pageor call 0800 189 236.

What if I want to return the goods I have purchased?

Simplyreturn your purchase as usual by contacting the retailer and they will handlereturns in line with their policy. If a return is accepted, we will refund youthe amount agreed with the retailer and adjust or cancel any future payments.We’ll do this as soon as we can, but the process can take time.

Who do I contact about refunds?

You’llneed to contact the retailer you made the purchase from. If a refund isrequired in accordance with the retailer’s policy or by law and we are told bythe retailer to do so, we’ll refund you the amount agreed with the retailer andadjust or cancel any future payments, if necessary. If you have problems aftercontacting the retailer, contact us via our Help & Support pageor call us on 0800 189 236.

I haven’t received my purchase?

Ifyou do not receive your order, please contact the retailer. After talking tothe retailer and if you’re still experiencing problems, get in touch viaour Help &Support page or by calling our support team on 0800 189 236.

How do I close my Oxipay account?

Youcan close your Oxipay account by contacting us via our Help & Support pageor calling our support team on 0800 189 236. Please note, all outstandingamounts will need to be paid in full before you can close your account.

What cards does Oxipay take?

Weaccept any Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card that have been issued in NewZealand for Oxipay payments. Currently, we do not accept any prepaid cards orany credit or debit cards that have been issued outside of New Zealand.

Is there a maximum purchase?

Asingle Oxipay purchase can be up to $1,500.

Is there a minimum purchase?

Oxipayhas a minimum purchase of $20.

What is the maximum amount of Oxipay arrangements I can have withyou?

Thetotal sum of all your Oxipay arrangements can’t exceed $1,500 at any one time,and you can’t have more than 5 active purchases.

How can I make a purchase that is more than $1,500, and still payit off?

Wecan still help you get what you want now. Oxipay has a limit of $1,500, howeverwe have a range of other products you can use to get those more expensivepurchases and pay them off over a longer period. You can check out our productsat flexicards.co.nz.

What do I do if my card has been lost or stolen?

Followyour bank’s lost or stolen process and contact us on 0800 189 236 as soon aspossible so we are able to change the card details that your payments areassociated with. This will also help avoid any late payment fees incurred dueto a failed or late payment.

Can I add / remove a card I would like my instalments paid from /to?

Yes,you can change the card your payments are associated with. Simply contact us on0800 189 236 to talk our support team to update your payment details.

Can I change my payment date?

Sorry,we cannot change your payment due date(s).

Can I change my purchase amount?

Sorry,we cannot change your purchase amount.

Can anyone use Oxipay?

Youmust be over 18 years old, have a valid email address and a valid New Zealandmobile number with a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card issued in NewZealand.

I have tried to make a purchase but the transaction has declined.Why?

Whenwe are approving a new purchase, we do a few checks for you to determine if:

• The purchase is within the maximum purchase limit ($1,500);
• Whether the total of your instalment payment(s) will exceed $750 for thepurchase instalment and $250 per subsequent fortnight payment; and
• The maximum amount of all Oxipay arrangements you currently have with us isnot more than $1,500.

These checks are in place to ensure your repayments are easy to manage andfriendly on your wallet.

Otherreasons why your transaction could decline could be due to general system or websiteerrors, or you have not registered for Oxipay.

Why have I been declined?

Thereare several reasons why you could be declined for Oxipay:

• You do not live in New Zealand
• You are not 18 years or older
• You do not have a New Zealand mobile number
• You are not using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card that has beenissued in New Zealand
• We have not been able to verify your identity
