The new Airflo Drift series is a set of rods designed to suit the needs to kiwi anglers wanting to do everything from fishing tiny bush creeks through to loch styling on lakes or smacking out big casts on big rivers. Each rod is designed to meet a specific need so make sure you take the time to find the right tool for you.Each rod in the Drift series is designed individually, that's why we have so many different lengths and line weights, ok it's a little complicated we know. This model is designed for lakes & rivers with larger flies and is able to combat wind. This is a VERY nice rod coupled with a well made metal fly reel and an Airflo Chalkstream line.

APPLICATION
The faster more aggressive cousin of the 8’7 #5/6. This 9’3” model is designed to take on strong winds, heavy nymphs and bushy dry flies on back country rivers. Its longer length makes mending easy whilst aiding in the long casts often required on bigger rivers.
